Pracuję teraz nad karnawałowym zestawem dla prawdziwej Pani Zimy :) W skład zestawu wchodzić będą duże kolczyki, naszyjnik, bransoleta i okazały pas również szyty w technice haftu sutaszowego. Zestaw ma być uzupełnieniem bardzo prostej grafitowej lub popielatej sukni.
At the time I'm working on the carnival set for The Winter Lady :) In the set will be included: the big earrings, the necklace, the bracelet and enormous belt also made in the soutache technique. The set will decorate the very simple gray or anthracite dress.
Póki co skończyłam kolczyki - okazałe i pełne chłodnego blasku księżyca :) Do ich wykonania użyłam fasetowanych monet szarego labradorytu z pięknym, chłodnobłękitnym płomieniem, kryształów Swarovskiego w różnych kształtach (mogdał, rivoli, bicone) i kolorach (moonlight, silver night), srebrzystopopielatych cyrkonii i szklanych japońskich koralików w rozmiarach 15-11-8.
Wykorzystałam taśmy śnieżnobiałe (jak to w zimie ;) ), srebrne metalizowane i w kolorze zmrożonego jasnego błękitu.Od tyłu podklejone białym filcem.
I've made the earrings so far - grand and full of cool moonlight :) I've used the faceted "coins" of gray labradorite with beautiful cool-sky-blue "fire", Swarovski crystals in various shapes (pear, rivoli, bicone) and colors (moonlight and silver night) silver-grayed rhinestones and japanese glass seedbeads sized 15-11-8. I've used snow white and iced blue (as for the winter... ;) ) silk cords and silver metalizes cords as well. The backside is made out of the white felt.
Kolczyki są bardzo okazałe - do szczytu bigla mają długość 9,2 cm - ale leciutkie, gdyż ważą tylko 7g. Sądzę, że w połączeniu w pozostałymi elementami zestawu dadzą piękny efekt Królowej Lodu - zresztą to się jeszcze okaże :)
The earrings are quite big - to the top of the closure the closure they're 9,2 cm long (3,6 in.), but featherlight - they weight only 7g (0,25 oz) each.
With the rest of the set they should make an Ice Queen outfit - we'll see :)
